Document Full View
The Document Full View page provides the full information for your Knowledge Document. You can navigate to this page by selecting the Document Title from the Document Catalogue or wherever the Document Title is shown throughout the application. You can also navigate to this page by the URL.
There are several features available within the Full View page which are detailed below.
Document Preview
The Document will show a preview on the left hand side of the page, this enables users to scroll through the Document to read and assess the contents. The zoom of the preview can be adjusted by using your OS controls for example pressing Ctrl and rotating your mouse wheel.
The following file types are supported within the Previewer:
PDF
DOCX (these are converted to PDF)
JPG
JPEG
PNG
BMP
Users can search within the content of the Document shown within the previewer by using the Browser search functionality by using Ctrl+F (or equivalent dependant on the browser).
Download
There is an option within this page to Download the Document. This allows a user to Download a Document to their Local File Storage.
This functionality is feature driven via the ‘Download’ feature and can be enabled/disabled via Feature Enablement.
This functionality also requires the ‘Download Documents’ permission configured within Application Roles.
View
Tab Sections
There are two tabs available on the right hand side of the page:
Details - This will show all Document and version level details including metadata
Bundles - This will show any Bundle associations. Users can also add and remove Bundle associations from this view
Document Review
This section details the current status of the Document which can be one of the following:
Pending
Approved
Rejected
The ability to adjust the status will be dependant on your permissions set within Application Roles. This section is also enabled or disabled via Feature Enablement.

Practice Group
This section confirms which Practice Group the Document is attributed to.
If you are a Reviewer of a Practice Group then you will be able to view and modify the practice groups and all metadata within the sections below. If you are not a Reviewer then you will only be granted view access to the Documents metadata.
Reviewers can choose to assign the Document to a new Practice Group provided that they are also a Reviewer in that group.

Definition
This section provides the following Document information:
Document Number - this is the Blueprint ID
Document Version - this is the version currently being shown within the preview
Document Title
Document Description
The Title and Description fields are editable.
Fields
Any Fields that have been created and assigned to the Document Full View page Context will appear within this section. Further information on how to configure this can be found within the Fields and Contexts sections of the User Guide.
File Versions
Multiple versions of a Document can be created within Blueprint. This allows Users to modify, move and delete versions. Full details can be found within the Version Control section of the User Guide.
Live Linking
Users can enable Live Linking via this page. Full details can be found within the Live Linking section of the User Guide.

Archive
Deletion
