Bundle Quick View

The Bundles Quick View modal provides a quick glance at the Bundle. Users can navigate to this modal by selecting the Bundle Row (not the Bundle Title) from the Bundle Catalogue or wherever the Bundle is shown throughout the application.

This is designed to be a lighter view of the Bundle but still include key information as highlighted below.

Bundle Contents

The Bundle will show a list of Documents on the left hand side of the page, this enables users to scroll through the Documents contain within the Bundle to view and assess the contents.

Users can search within the content the inbuilt search functionality. Users can also add/remove Documents from the Bundle within this section. There is no limit on the number of Documents added to a Bundle.

Download

There is an option within this modal to Download the Bundle. This allows a user to Download a Bundle including all Documents within the Bundle to their Local File Storage.

This functionality is feature driven via the ‘Download’ feature and can be enabled/disabled via Feature Enablement.

This functionality also requires the ‘Download Bundles’ permission configured within Application Roles.

View

There is also the option to open the Bundle Full View page from this modal. Selecting this will open this page in a new tab.

This section provides the following Document information:

• Bundle Title

• Bundle Description

Both of these fields are editable.

Fields

Any Fields that have been created and assigned to the Bundle Quick View Context will appear within this section. Further information on how to configure this can be found within the Fields and Contexts sections of the User Guide.
