Knowledge Bundle Catalogue
One of the main landing pages within Blueprint is the Knowledge Bundle Catalogue. Within this page users can Search, browse and access Knowledge Bundles.
Bundles are displayed within a table format and by default are ordered by created date descending. There further functionality available from this page as detailed below.
Bundle Summary
On the left hand side of the table view, each document will show summary information:
Bundle Title
Bundle ID
Number of Documents contained within the Bundle
Selecting the Bundle Title will open the Bundle Full View page for the specified bundle. Clicking anywhere else on the Bundle row will open the Bundle Quick View.
Configured Column Headers
Whilst the Summary Column is fixed, all other columns within the table are configurable. Multiple fields can be enabled to show within this table view and can be configured via Contexts.
The Columns are resizeable and can also be sorted ascending/descending by clicking on the column name. Hovering over a sorted column name will show the kebab menu where you can reset the sorting.
Catalogue Export
The Bundle Catalogue has export functionality found in the bottom left of the page. You can select individual Bundles on the catalogue or export the entire catalogue.
This feature exports the Bundle information and associated custom field data (if selected) and does not export the Bundle Content. Bundles including the Document content can be exported via the Bundle Full View page.
The following options are available within the Catalogue Export:
Export the selected Bundles
Export all viewable records in the selected catalogue* - this respects any searching/filtering that you have carried out in the Bundle Catalogue
Only export visible custom fields - this relates to the column headers shown in the catalogue
All accessible custom fields - this will export all custom field values regardless of their visible, enabled or reviewer only status
Include common field data in the export - this includes common Blueprint data such as Creator, Status etc
*Large datasets can take longer to process.
