Bundle Full View

The Bundle Full View page provide the full information for your Knowledge Bundle. Users can navigate to this page by selecting the Bundle Title from the Bundle Catalogue or wherever the Bundle Title is shown throughout the application. You can also navigate to this page by the URL.

There are several features available within the Full View page which are detailed below.

Bundle Contents

The Bundle will show a list of Documents on the left hand side of the page, this enables Users to scroll through the Documents contained within the Bundle to view and access the contents.

Users can search within the content search functionality. Users can also add/remove Documents from the Bundle within this section. There is no limit on the number of Documents added to a Bundle.

Bundle Review

This section details the current status of the Bundle which can be one of the following:

  • Pending

  • Published

The ability to adjust the status will be dependant on your permissions set within Application Roles. This section is also enabled or disabled via Feature Enablement.

Definition

This section provides the following Document information:

  • Bundle Title

  • Bundle Description

Both of these fields are editable.

Fields

Any Fields that have been created and assigned to the Bundle Full View page Context will appear within this section. Further information on how to configure this can be found within the Fields and Contexts sections of the User Guide.

Maintenance

Multiple Bundle level functions are available within this section:

  • Archive

  • Deletion

Archive/Unarchive Bundles

This allows the User to Archive a Bundle. Using this functionality will mean that the Bundle is placed in an Archived state. This Bundle will still be visible within Blueprint to anyone with the appropriate permission below.

If a Bundle is already in an Archived state then this option will show as Unarchive button. Clicking this will return the Bundle to either a Pending or Published state dependant on the status pre-archival.

This functionality is feature driven via the ‘Archive’ feature and can be enabled/disabled via Feature Enablement.

This functionality also requires the ‘Archive Knowledge Bundles’ permission configured within Application Roles.

Delete Bundles

This allows the User to Delete a Bundle in its entirety. This is a hard delete function with no reversal. Upon clicking delete all reference to the Bundle within Blueprint will be removed. Any Documents contained within the Bundle will be unaffected and remain accessible within Blueprint.

This functionality is feature driven via the ‘Delete’ feature and can be enabled/disabled via Feature Enablement.

This functionality also requires the ‘Delete Knowledge Bundles’ permission configured within Application Roles.
