System Information

Within System Information the following can be configured:

  • Organisation Support Email - This is the email address that will be used for error notifications

  • Application Name - This is set to ‘Tiger Eye Blueprint’ as standard but can be customised if required

  • Application Tagline - This is set to ‘Knowledge, Unlocked’ as standard but can be customised if required

  • System User - This designates a specific user of the application and is a key requirement for Live Linking. This user will receive error notifications for background processes.

The above fields can be utilised within Notifications.
