Dashboard
The Dashboard page within Blueprint allows you to display key data to Users. There are two main configuration types:
Blueprint standard configuration - This is pre-configured with document, practice group and knowledge bundle data. Knowledge Articles can be configured by KM Admins
PowerBI - This allows KM Admins to embed a Microsoft PowerBi dashboard into Blueprint allowing you to showcase a fully customised dashboard
Blueprint Standard Configuration
As part of the standard dashboard configuration Blueprint will display the following cards along the top of the dashboard view.
Latest Published Documents
This card will display the recently Published Documents from the last 14 days. For a Document to appear in this list it must have been placed in a ‘Approved’ review status and have a Published version.
Clicking on the Document Titles shown in this card will redirect the User to the Document Full View page for that Document.
The number shown at the top of the card represents the total number of Published Documents within the entire Blueprint catalogue.
Documents by Practice Group
This card will display a complete list of Practice Groups (in descending order) along with the number of Documents that have been associated to each Practice Group. This includes all Documents regardless of their status.
Clicking on a specific Practice Group will redirect the User to the Document Catalogue with the selected Practice Group pre-filtered.
Documents by User
This card displays the Users that have Nominated Documents in the last 30 days. This is shown in descending order from the highest number of Nominations by a User.
Clicking on a specific User will redirect the User to the Document Catalogue with the selected User pre-filtered.
Knowledge Bundles
This card will display the recently Published Knowledge Bundles from the last 14 days. For a Bundle to appear in this list it must have been placed in a ‘Published’ review status.
Clicking on the Bundle Titles shown in this card will redirect the User to the Bundle Full View page for that Bundle.
The number shown at the top of the card represents the total number of Published Bundles within the entire Blueprint catalogue.
Knowledge Articles
Knowledge Articles are displayed across the bottom of the Dashboard and are configurable by the KM team. Further information on the configuration can be found Dashboard Configuration.
These Articles present with a Title, Image, Description and URL Link. This allows you to promote both internal and external blogs, posts, articles, seminars, guides etc.
The Articles present in a carousel and can be scheduled to activate between certain dates in order to maintain fresh and updated industry insights.
Blueprint PowerBI Configuration
The Dashboard can also be configured to show an embedded PowerBI dashboard. Further information on the configuration can be found Dashboard Configuration.
The PowerBI dashboard appears within a frame on the Dashboard page and replaces the Standard Blueprint Configuration with the above cards and Articles.
The PowerBI functionality is separate to Blueprint and is managed by the customer. Document links can be created with PowerBI and these will be accessible in the displayed frame on the Dashboard.
