Dashboard Configuration

Within this section KM Admins can configure the Dashboard Page view. The Dashboard page within Blueprint allows you to display key data to Users. There are two main configuration types:

  • Blueprint standard configuration - This is pre-configured with document, practice group and knowledge bundle data. Knowledge Articles can be configured by KM Admins

  • PowerBI - This allows KM Admins to embed a Microsoft PowerBi dashboard into Blueprint allowing you to showcase a fully customised dashboard

Both of this options are available within the Source Configuration card on the Dashboard Settings page.

If you select the Blueprint standard configuration you will be able to create and edit ‘Knowledge Articles’. Articles require a Title, Valid from or to date and a URL link which is where the user will be navigated to when clicking on the Article from the Dashboard.

Within the Articles card you can re-order and delete Articles.

If you select the PowerBI source configuration then you are provided with the option to enter a PowerBI embed link. This will then replace the standard Dashboard view with an embedded PowerBI frame.

This functionality is Feature and Permission dependant.
