Faceted Search. Available from May 2026

Enhanced searching now available within Blueprint which allows users to easily navigate and filter content via a Faceted Search. All custom fields are available for filtering. The improves the searchability of knowledge in Blueprint and drives improved User Experience and Adoption.

AI Curation Assistant. Available from April 2026

The Nomination process is now enhanced with AI Suggestions. Users can click the button in Blueprint to pass the Document Content to Azure Open AI which will then return suggested metadata for the user to review.

Built to streamline knowledge submissions and improve KM adoption:

SharePoint Connectivity. Available from December 2025

SharePoint is now configured as a source for knowledge allowing users to nominate documents directly from SharePoint. This is available alongside the existing iManage and Local sources.

SharePoint Storage - Clients can now store their knowledge content in their SharePoint repositories (as an alternative to iManage). This allows clients to separate knowledge from their iManage DMS and allow easier connectivity to applications such as CoPilot, PowerBI etc.

Document Level Security. Available from November 2025

iManage security access can now be replicated in Blueprint. If a user in iManage does not have access to the originally nominated document then they will not be able to access the Blueprint copy either.

User mapping needs to be configured between iManage and Blueprint (Azure Active Directory) and then can be enabled in Feature Settings:
