I nominated a document but can't see it in the Document Catalogue

Blueprint includes an in-built document review workflow. Any documents you nominate need to be approved and published by the relevant Reviewers before they are fully visible in the Document Catalogue

What languages are supported?

Currently the UI is based around the en-GB locale and English language. We are adding localisation enhancements in a future release. The Blueprint application in terms of data entry is language agnostic so will allow any text you enter to be persisted

Are there any maximum limits on document nomination?

You can nominate up to 50 documents at a time with each file size having a limit of 30mb

What file types can I add to Blueprint?

All generally used file types can be added to Blueprint. Only image, docx and pdf files are visible in the Previewer

Can I link related documents together?

You can use our Knowledge Bundles feature to group packs of documents together for example as a training pack. We are adding further functionality in our Roadmap for Document Linking
