Depending on your permissions you can also upload new licences to the application using the file upload. If the existing licence has expired a warning will display and the application will not function for all users.

Power Users will still be able to access the application and upload new licence information. New licences will need to be activated by Tiger Eye and you can contact our Support team to request this.

Licences have a maximum number of Users, if you exceed this number then access for any new users will be restricted. By default any Power Users are provided a licence key when the new licence is added.

There is a background worker in place that will remove inactive Users after 90 days in order to free up licence keys. This schedule can be configured via the Support team.
