Feature Overview
The User Fields feature introduces customizable User fields within Blueprint, integrated with the firm’s Entra ID, allowing knowledge management (KM) teams to create fields such as 'Author' and 'Collaborator' tied to user identities. This functionality enables firms to enrich document metadata with internal user-specific information, enhancing document organisation, attribution, and collaboration tracking directly within the platform.
