Feature Overview

The User Activity Viewer feature enhances the existing User Activity Tracking functionality by introducing an in-platform interface within the Blueprint UI to display user activity metrics. This feature allows knowledge management (KM) teams and authorised users to access detailed insights into user interactions with Documents and Knowledge Bundles (e.g., nominating/creating, status changes, publishing, downloading) directly within the application, enabling better analysis and optimisation of user engagement.
