The User Activity Tracking feature introduces comprehensive logging of user interactions within the Blueprint platform, capturing key activities related to Documents and Knowledge Bundles, such as nominating/creating, status changes, publishing, and downloading. By storing this data in the database, the feature provides clients with insights into user engagement, application usage patterns, and potential areas for workflow optimisation, enhancing the overall user experience.
Key Objective
Enable detailed tracking of user interactions with Blueprint features to provide clients with actionable insights into who is using the application, which functionalities are being utilised, and opportunities for improving workflows and user experience.
