Feature Overview
The Restricted Documents feature enhances Blueprint’s compliance and confidentiality controls by automatically detecting and enforcing restrictions on nominated documents.
Scans documents at the point of nomination to identify if the original version in iManage is subject to information barriers based on client-supplied data.
Restricts access to flagged documents, allowing only designated client-approved administrators to review, sanitise, and approve or reject.
Key Objective
Ensure compliance with client confidentiality requirements by automating the detection and enforcement of restrictions within Blueprint. This protects sensitive content while enabling controlled workflows for sanitisation and approval.
