Feature Overview

The Bulk Edit feature enhances Blueprint’s document and Knowledge Bundle management by enabling users to apply multiple modifications to a selected group of Documents or Bundles simultaneously.

• Supported actions include publishing/unpublishing, editing, cloning, moving, merging, archiving/deleting, Knowledge Bundle assignment, and updating metadata fields.

• Streamlines administrative tasks, allowing KM Admins to manage and update knowledge data at scale.

Key Objective

Enable KM Admins to perform a range of modifications on multiple Documents or Knowledge Bundles in one operation, simplifying updates and improving the management and quality of knowledge content in Blueprint.
